Controller

Our integrated system for PV power plant control and grid stability management, skycontrol, is a state-of-the-art solution to meet grid operators’ requirements for utility-scale PV installations. It ensures controlled grid injection, both at medium and high voltage levels, and is adjustable to comply with different regional, national and international grid codes. An optional TeleControl Gateway allows the skycontrol system to implement the industry-standard transmission protocols IEC 60870, IEC 61850 and DNP3. The controller uses closed-loop control principles, based on high-precision metrics from the grid connection point, with continuous feedback to the controller input.

Combined our adaptable control algorithms and communication sequences, skycontrol is an outstanding tool for fast and stable power plant control, even in large-scale and distributed PV installations comprising several independent PV blocks.
